Pam has been actively engaged in the financial services/qualified retirement plan industry for over 25 years. Her passion and dedication to this industry has given her the opportunity to work for the top-tier financial services institutions: The Vanguard Group, SEI Corporation, The Hartford, Nationwide, Transamerica, and Voya. Prior to joining TRPC, Pam was Vice President of The ERISA Advisory Group and a Sales Consultant for The Retirement Advantage. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise encompasses the various intricate pieces of the retirement plan space from employee education, wholesaling, TPA relationship management to designing qualified retirement plans to meet the specific needs of each Employer regardless of size. Her formula for success is to always continue to learn and stay relevant, being resourceful, listening to the customers and delivering the best solution for each situation.

Pam has her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and the Cash Balance Consultant (CBC) designation. She is a graduate of Ursinus College, Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
