Download (.PDF)Richard Easterly joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group’s Rochester, NY, office in October 2022 as a Sales Director. He is focused on serving school districts, public and private companies, and not-for-profit organizations in the Central NY and Eastern NY regions.
Rich has extensive sales and consulting experience in the employee benefits and financial services industries. Prior to joining USEBSG, he held Senior consulting positions with UNUM, Colonial Life, Morgan Stanley, and UBS wealth management.
Using a consultative approach with each of his clients, Rich works with them to develop, communicate, educate, and implement an effective benefits program.
Rich resides in Syracuse, NY, and is a graduate of Ithaca College (B.S. in Management) and Syracuse University (M.S. in Accountancy).
