Ismael has a well-rounded knowledge of the employee benefits industry. He started his employee benefits career as an account executive managing a diverse book of business. He then transitioned into underwriting and analytics to round out his industry knowledge. Ismael will be responsible for producing new business in El Paso, Texas and in New Mexico.
Ismael graduated from the University of Texas El Paso with a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies (BMS). His concentrations were Psychology, Social Sciences, and Chicano Studies. Ismael also holds an associate degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology. Recently Ismael completed the Professional Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM).
Before entering the employee benefits industry, Ismael was a City Police Officer and a Deputy Sheriff. On his time off he has a passion for volunteering and serving his community, and. He is currently a volunteer firefighter for a county department.
