Download (.PDF)Sarah Breiner joined U.S. OMNI in January 2016 as Staff Attorney and became General Counsel in November 2017. She works closely with OMNI’s clients to ensure that their 403(b)/457(b) plans are operating in accordance with IRS regulations and applicable state law, as well as provides assistance to OMNI’s clients in connection with IRS audits. Sarah also presents at ASBO events throughout the country. In March 2021, Sarah was also named a Managing Director of the integrated OMNI&TSACG Compliances Services.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and several Federal District Courts.
Prior to joining OMNI, Sarah worked at a Rochester, New York law firm handling complex litigation. Sarah has over 10 years of experience practicing law in a range of areas.
