Robin Rea is a leadership professional with 20+ years of end user services and operations experience with an emphasis on developing and implementing strategies that ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in technical environments.  As the Vice President of Product Delivery, Robin leads the team of hardworking professionals that implement and support the InRoll+ Benefits Administration Platform.  Whether it is the initial implementation, delivering EDI files to carriers, or supporting the client during and after open enrollment, Robin is dedicated to empowering her team to deliver the best possible outcomes for the client based on proven methodologies and industry best practices. Robin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and holds several certifications in project, program and IT support management.
