Download (.PDF)Phil Young became a Sales Director with U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group in 2016. Previously, he was an insurance consultant with Barnes Capital Group, which he joined in 2014. With over 20 years in the insurance business, his primary focus is on employee benefits in private sector small groups, including non-profits. He has specific training on ACA law, group health insurance, and Medicare.
Phil is responsible for negotiating renewals, coordinating enrollments, and working directly with his client. He holds a life, health, and variable annuity licenses in Florida, and has his FINRA Series 6 registration. Phil graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in political science.
Phil is a Tallahassee native, and enjoys spending time with his family, as well as coaching baseball and basketball in youth leagues.
