Pete joins Hillendale Associates, Inc. with more than fifteen years of experience in financial services and business consulting.  As a Sales Director for  Hillendale and parent company, U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group, his responsibilities include business development within the non-profit, public sector, and corporate communities.  His background and professional experiences with small-mid sized businesses and institutional finance environments equip him to more effectively empower business leaders to create an impactful benefits strategy that is both technically sound and easy to implement.

Prior to joining Hillendale, Pete served as a consultant and coach to small business owners and sales teams across the Eastern United States.  He delivered various talks and presentations focused on leadership, business development, and goal setting/execution.

Additionally, Pete worked as a part of the senior leadership team and a voting member of the investment committee at Integrated Capital Management and Vice President of the investment division of a large regional wealth management firm in Washington, DC.

Pete earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the State University of New York, Empire State College.  He resides in Schnecksville, PA with his wife and children.
