Paul Morris is the Account Relations Manager serving the school districts of the Region 14 Education Service Center. He is responsible for the day-to-day administration of each of the district’s employee benefits programs. Paul also manages the individual relationships of each school by communicating with the key decision-makers about trends in benefits, upcoming changes, and daily administrative issues. Paul is located in the Region 14 Service Center building, where he is easily accessible to the Region 14 ESC administration, staff and district employees.
