Previously, Lane worked with businesses to ensure their assets were protected from physical threats by designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security programs. More recently, Lane has focused his attention on securing financial stability in times of uncertainty for small to mid-size businesses and their employees. His focus on core and worksite benefits has allowed him to continue in the business-to-business environment, saving money for business owners, while ensuring the employees have the right type and amount of protection in place for themselves and their families.
Lane has held several different leadership positions for voluntary organizations and participates in his community through the Chamber of Commerce and youth athletics. He holds his Pennsylvania and New Jersey Life, Accident, and Health Producers License. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University and a certificate of completion for The Leadership Academy through Harvard Publishing.
