Keith Noel founded Kean Financial Services (KFS) in November 1999 in order to provide clients a more efficient method of delivering benefit packages to their employees. Since incorporating as a Third Party Administrator (TPA), KFS has become an innovative leader in the employee benefit administration field. KFS is a subsidiary of U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group.
Mr. Noel has over 31 years of experience working exclusively with public school systems, providing Benefit Consulting and Agency/Broker Services. His dedication to offering comprehensive, high quality service has provided an avenue for growth that has seen KFS become an industry-recognized TPA. Mr. Noel has worked with numerous employers to establish cost-saving solutions, including client-specific provider networks, on-site health centers, high deductible benefit plans integrated with Health Savings Accounts, and voluntary employee benefit programs.
Mr. Noel is a Texas native and currently resides in Sulphur Springs with his wife Kathy. He received a degree in Business Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, and holds a Group 1 Life and Health insurance license.
