She is responsible for improving efficiencies by providing better tools, training, and improved process to manage the client experience and the ability of the team to deliver on best practice expectations. She also manages the workload of the firm and its operational performance. She has extensive experience in the benefits marketplace with a vast knowledge in account management. Jordan oversees and work alongside the Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure all expectations are exceeded while providing the absolute best customer service to all clients.
