Jeremy oversees the management and administration of the Rochester, NY office team. He is responsible for improving efficiencies in the HR Technology area by providing better tools, training, and improved processes to manage the client experience and the ability of the team to deliver on best practice expectations. He also manages the workload of the firm and its operational performance. On the client side, Jeremy is responsible for maintaining and managing client relationships, leveraging his expertise to consult and advise clients on alternative benefit offerings to better position them for the future.
