Janet Flores joined BenefitVision in 2017 as Vice-President of Sales with new business responsibilities in the Midwest states. Janet partners with carriers, brokers, and directly with Human Resource Departments to provide BenefitVision’s innovative solutions to meet enrollment challenges. She specializes in Profit & Loss Management, innovation, delivering results, client satisfaction, collaborative work environments, creative communication strategies and broad global industry knowledge. She also serves as a Director of parent company, U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group.
Prior to joining BenefitVision, Janet held key leadership roles at companies such as Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Ritchie Bros, and DHL. Janet has successfully led large complex organizations in addition to smaller entrepreneurial businesses, transforming them to grow market share, revenue, and operating profit. She is known for building “customer for life” relationships.
Leveraging her experience across diverse organizational cultures to navigate the challenges of growth, integration, and market re-positioning to achieve sustainable business growth is a core competency.
Janet received her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, and lives in the Chicago area. Her office is based in Highland Park, IL.
