Cliff Kammerdiener joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group in May 2023 as a Sales Director. He brings over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting for healthcare, with a focus on self-funded medical benefits, stop loss coverages, PBM management, cost containment strategies, and voluntary benefits.
He most recently served as Director of Sales at 90 Degree Benefits, a large national TPA group designing and selling both large and small group self-funded programs that save employers money and allow better benefits for employees. He was also owner of a General Agency where he designed benefit plans for employers of all sizes using strategic cost containment methods, saving millions of dollars for employers and helping brokers retain their business.
Cliff got his start in the industry as a sales representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX, where he quickly became sales manager for the Abilene office. Wining numerous “Rep of the Month” awards and “Office of the Month” awards, he led the state in the number of municipal accounts in his office. Cliff also won the President’s Award for the highest percentage of sales goal in the state. At that time, BCBSTX was the 6th largest health insurance company in the nation.
Cliff is a graduate of Abilene Christian University.
