As Director of Operations, Charlette supervises the management and administration of the USEBSG Tallahassee/Jacksonville Team. Her responsibilities include streamlining enrollment and renewal processes and overseeing client service interactions. She also organizes and manages the daily operations of the agency. Charlette graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a major in Finance.
