Download (.PDF)Cesar Castaneda joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group in January 2023 as Managing Partner of the North and West Texas regions. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting for Medical, Pharmacy, Ancillary, and Voluntary benefits.
Most recently, he had served as Regional Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader for Marsh McLennan Agency, providing strategic direction and oversight in all areas of Voluntary Benefits, Enrollment, Implementation, and Account Service. Cesar has been credited with building several Practices from the ground up with a focus in attracting highly skilled and dedicated team members. At Willis Tower Watson he built the Regional Private Equity Practice for his Private Equity clients looking to consolidate health plans under common ownership. Cesar has saved his clients hundreds of millions of dollars over his career by the applying innovative strategies and leveraging the experience and intellect of his teams.
Cesar and his wife have five children and two grandchildren that bring them great joy, and he and his sons enjoy working on a cattle ranch in the summers and mountain biking in the fall and winters. He is a Brigham Young University Alumnus and actively involved in Boy Scouts of America.
