Ben Clarke is a Sales Director with USEBSG’s Rochester office. He has an extensive background in the employee benefits industry, amassing over a decade of knowledge within the field. His proficiencies center around creating employer-based solutions that offer his clients best practices in plan design.
His knowledgeable consultative approach is matched by his energy and desire to not only grow his business and client base, but also deliver outstanding guidance throughout the benefit design and administration process. Ben is responsible for growing and retaining clients throughout various business markets within the corporate environment as well as not-for-profit organizations, and has managed employer groups from 20 to 500 participants in over 9 states.
Ben has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from SUNY Brockport, is licensed New York State Life, Accident and Health, and is also certified on the NYS Health Exchange. He has received professional recognition and awards for Sales and Retention from Paychex Insurance Agency and he is involved as Co-Chair of membership on the board of NAHU.
