Alan Braslow’ s career spans 50+ years in HRIS Technology and Call Center Communications deliverables, holding senior level global sales leadership positions at GE Consulting, ADP, and Bank of America. In addition to these large organizations, Alan built 3 successful communication businesses that focused on delivering incredible experiences to those using their services.
Funded by a $14 million grant from The Russell Berrie Foundation in 2003, Alan took a 2-year hiatus from the business world to be part of the Executive Team that built the first and only BA and MA degree programs in Professional Sales at William Paterson University’s Russ Berrie Institute for Professional Sales.
Joining BenefitVision in December 2015 as Vice President, Alan is responsible for developing business relationships with insurance carriers, insurance brokers, and prospective strategic client companies. In addition, he provides the sales team with direction, creative ideas, and training. Alan also serves as a Managing Director at U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group, BenefitVision’s parent company. Alan is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and is licensed in Life, Health & Accident Insurance.
A major part of Alan’s life is working with animal advocacy and rescue groups, including Best Friends Animal Society and The Humane Society of the United States. In recognition of his work, he was awarded the 2017 Camden County Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Medal.
